There are multiple endings to the game, and seeing them all requires multiple playthroughs.

I get the whole "casual filter" idea but after paying full price and spending so much time just trying to get the game running at 1440p (using two seperate fixes) I am fuming. And you have to start all over again every time u die in the beginning. 30 min + into the tutorial (first mission, I think) I die and I gotta restart the whole thing ? In order to get this ending you should finish the game up through ending D and then accept the pods’ offer to save the androids. You're not allowed into the full game (and save) until you can make it through babytown.
Play through the game for the first time and complete all of the Main Story Quests.
