Now, in my opinion, Darth Maul would just be overkill, but still, bringing two siths to back Vader up is better than just one, so now he definitely wins 10/10 of the matches. And if we want to use Legends, and especially the novel, Yes. Mace has an inconsistent power scaling. This is a really close fight. I'll try to look that up later.I think if they manage to corner him he'd have a problem, as all five of his opponents are master duelists in their own right. I'll try and find the exact quote in a moment..That was the junior novel, not the novel.
It would not be an easy battle but they would come out on top. Darth Vader Even in Suit Vader’s prime and Yoda’s prime, Vader will always rein superior in both the force and lightsaber combat. Mace as of ROTS ensures team 2s victory every time.Team 2. That could be enough time for any of the guides to lead their team to the source of the fighting (which they should be able to hear and sense anyways). That doesn't mean they were a match for me, and I'm young. I think the Jedi have this.Hey, come on now, Maul is close to Dooku in his own right. But yeah, those two cannot land a finger on Yoda. I think I'll give a slight majority to team 1 due to Mace going down first, since he has the least amount of force feats here. You realize that Mace bested Sidious right? The lightning exchange, tiering system and his parity with Yoda all serve to prove it.This is a really close fight. So if mace can last long enough for yoda to even the odds, then mace and yoda will win.Yoda could defeat dooku and maul over time leaving mace to either kill or stalemate vader. Imo, Vader and Maul could take down Yoda quicker than Windu could take down Dooku.Oh yes. Vader's the only guy who can resemble a threat.Anyway, if things get heated, Yoda should just be able to ragdoll Maul and Dooku into oblivion. Yoda is just too fast for Vader.
Dooku vs Windu is a split and they can fight for minutes, Yoda vs Vader + Maul is an hard fight, yoda takes a decent majority if he abuses his powers against maul but this won’t happen here cause he is in character...Slight majority for team 1, I’d say, especially if maul takes on Windu and the other two on yoda, but depends heavily on matchups.Dooku vs Windu is not a split, and Yoda can take on any duo because Vader is the only one that can even contend with him.Maul has had some impressive moments, but I think he trails behind in this fight. And yoda and mace win.The only way for the three sith to take out the jedi is if vader and dooku overwhelm mace quick enough for maul to stalemate yoda which he could based on how he fought in tpm. Darth Sidious faces 4 master jedi's and kills 3/4 in seconds while Master windu is on him . In Canon I have to side with the Jedi. Sidious did so only when they weren't expecting it, when they were close to defeated already, as was the case with Maul after he was disarmed, or in a medium where Force users apparently don't have active Force barriers on guard all the time, in contrary to what was established in The Bane Trilogy.Mace is also harder to gauge due to his inconsistency, but if we take him to be another rival for Sidious as of RotS, then he seals the deal for his team.Agreed. The fight takes place in the Jedi temple on Coruscant.Based on my limited knowledge, I'm going with team. That's why Dooku retreated, because he knew he wouldn't stand a chance.
It probably turns into either Yoda vs Dooku and Maul/Mace vs Vader or Yoda vs Dooku and Vader/Mace vs Maul, in which case the team should win either way. He was master of all classic lightsaber forms, and the best duelist in the Order. So these two combined would beat the Sith. Numbers play a big role here.If we were using Legends versions, Yoda would be too much for team one.Y'know, repeating debunked arguments doesn't make them anymore convincing. If Palpatine was not trying and let Mace win, then why does the author say that Palpatine was exhausted?I've been exhausted from play fighting with six year olds. He used it to incapacitate Anakin Skywalker on Geonosis and attempted to do the same to both Obi-Wan and Yoda, though the latter two were able to block it. This is the quote from the novel that confirms it.
