I don’t even think about it when I log off so sometimes I get it, sometimes not.Do I plan for it? Do I log out where I can earn it? As someone noted at the time I “seem to enjoy creating characters more than actually *playing* them.” If leveling up actually mattered, there was always *someone* who I hadn’t played in a while.Getting the most efficient XP per hour played just isn’t something that I think about most of the time.The only time rested XP has ever intruded on my conscious thought is the last time I re-noobed as a Hobbit in LotRO. This also allows my main to get the “proper” playthrough experience as the game is played at the proper rate. Ever play emotional roller coaster? No. On alts, I always want to get them to endgame as quickly as possible as that is where i have my fun, so rested xp is great for boosting them quickly. (For XP if the game provides that, but also to make sure that I don’t inadvertently spawn in middle of a mob when I log back in.
