SurveyMonkey has some limitation on the design tools that are available during the setup process. I wish I could choose exactly the data I want to export so that I can easily develop my own graphs vs. having to rely on the survey monkey versions. I also wish their was an option to build out a .pdf of the data in a way that works for me. For example, a question that’s clearly a checkbox in the sound of it should not be able to be published if checkboxes aren’t an option for it.I use Survey Monkey to create several surveys for our sports complex and restaurant.With the correct licensing, it is possible to create a survey, use a tablet and collect responses in the field, without the need for a wifi or 4G connection.Cost is something to be studied calmly.
