That makes a bit more sense then, because the ending just shows them die and that's it, so I was kinda lost.

The chapters only detail Branch A of Drakengard 1.3. If I remember things right, Ending E undoes the time stop that Seere created, and then Caim, Angelus, and the Queen are sucked into Tokyo.

Branch E, or the End of the dragon sphere, is the fifth branch of the original Drakengard.
