How does Kusa use High?New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be castA Reddit community dedicated to Nioh and Nioh 2, action RPGs developed by Team Ninja and published by Koei Tecmo (PC) and Sony Computer Entertainment (PS4) for release in 2017 and March 13th 2020Press J to jump to the feed. 2) you'll want to have a decent living weapon, even outside LW builds, to use in a pinch. Shichisei-ken & Heishishorin-ken and ying yang tonfa is what I used in nioh 1.
I finish way of the nioh but I only went 18 floors down abyss before nioh 2 launch. Odachi was considered really mediocre upon release and then it got improvements to its LW moveset and people realized Moonlit Snow/Twin Moons were okay outside of LW. Usually when I get used to a weapon and am doing well with it, I will stick with it until I have it mastered then maybe try something else. You don't needs to master kusa to use them for abyss ;)Most people would say the katana, dual swords, and kusa are the best. 5 bosses in is not very far. Repeat until done.

Maybe I haven't gotten the useful skills tho...The only reason I say this is because when I have it as my primary weapon, I never have any use for a secondary. I understand it destroys Ki and applies elemental buffs well, but are those the only reasons? You may equip 2 melee weapons and 2 ranged weapons with ammunition. Hope it improves in Nioh 2.I fully cleared Vanilla with Axe back when the game first released... dmg might have not been all there but it was sure fun as hell smacking Onis with my big ass Axe ^^I'd definitely base your weapon choice on what build you wish to adopt. This is an excellent weapon with a great balance of stats. Pick your favorite pair of complementary weapons and swap between them as the situation warrants. The upside of this is that you can figure out weapons that happen to compliment each other very well due to investing in similar stats or having set bonuses that work well together. "Recommended Skills and Stat Builds for each Weapon Type Now Available!" 69.0k. Any input would be greatly appreciated.I want to be properly prepared for the Ayss once I get to that point, so want to master the weapon I will use in the long term. They're also fantastic at guarding. You might struggle a little more than others at certain junctions, but there is no boss that cannot be beaten with a specific weapon. This game is dope.man this is a really comprehensive list, thanks!

"Discover Nioh 2's Best Weapon Types through our Tier List!" Kusa for crowd control/ki break, sword for single target. You have 2 weapons. For Nioh 2 on the PlayStation 4, a GameFAQs message board topic titled "Weapon tier list? Kusa has the best LW strong attack and has a bunch of utility moves like spear, I hear the new skills are pretty good along with good old Reaper. Kusa and the katana shine brightest when attacking an enemy from behind, dual swords are the best as setting off status effects due to their speed, axe and odachii are best at abusing hyper armor and using heavy gear to win trades, etc., and that’s all without mentioning gear set buffs or guardian spirits which imo are the most important thing you’ll need to focus on later on in the game (after level 60)I played a lot of kusa and axe, right now I’m using the spear (flashy as hell) and farming for dual sword gear.It seems like your just looking for something that is fast and able to crowd control?Do a sword and kusa. But, again, I want to master a weapon that I will be using in the long term (abyss). I'll be judging them based on weapons alone and how they fare in WotN/Abyss and their cheesing capabilities, not with builds, buff stacking, LW, etc.Sign of the Cross can carry you through the entire game. They are all viable and fun.The definition of insanity is doing the same thing again and again, while expecting different results.
